Dear all

I know some of you, particularly in the Kew area, will have heard of the series of assaults that took place yesterday morning. They are a series of indecent/sexual assaults that involve a male described below approaching women and placing his hand on their bottom or crotch area and in some cases described as poking them. On one occasion he kissed the victim.

The assaults occurred in the Kew Road, Mortlake Road and Richmond Circus area.

On 27/01/16 between 08:00 and midday.

The male is described as

Male
White
5’11 – 6′
Brown hair possible cropped
Wearing grey or blue clothes sports type clothes believed to have paint splashes on them.

I would to appeal for any further victims or witness to come forward and anyone who may have information regarding the suspect.

There are additional patrols are in the area and it is very rare for this number of localised offences to have happened – we are doing everything possible to identify and apprehend the offender.

Please be aware of your surroundings – if you feel unhappy cross the road or go to a crowded area or into a shop.
