Kew Sparkle – Friday 7 December 2018, 17:00-20:00
KEW SPARKLE will take place this year on Friday 7 December 2018 from 17:00 to 20:00. If you wish to have a stall (craft or food) at this fun filled family evening, please use the application forms below. The deadline for returning your forms is Friday 26 October 2018. However, please note that space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
In order to book your space, please complete and return the Application for Stall Space form – Parts 1 & 2, along with the required supporting documentation as listed on the form.
KEW SPARKLE is a community event and the listed participation costs cover the required Street Trading License with Richmond Borough Council, as shown below.

In order to trade, you must have Public Liability Insurance showing cover for £5 million for this outside event. (this is a requirement by Richmond Council).
In addition, if you intend to sell food, you must have a Food Registration Level 2 Certificate; not just for the person applying, but for all people working on the stall (again a requirement by Richmond Council). These can easily be done online.
Please also be aware that you need to provide your own gazebo/marquee with leg weights and any other items you need, such as tables and chairs. We also highly recommend that you provide your own lighting as there is limited ambient lighting in Kew Village.
