Kew Studio is a registered educational charity founded by artists, for artists, in 1980. It offers a supportive learning and working environment for artists of all levels and a base from which to encourage people to become more aware of the visual arts and involved in the creative process.

Our programme of classes for the summer term is now open for booking:
SCREEN PRINTING – Kew Studio’s screen print tutor, Suzann Kundi, will be holding three weekend workshops: June 10-11 and July 8-9. These take place in the Kew Studio Print Room, 10am-4pm on both days.
ETCHING – Kew Studio’s Print Room Technician, Peg Morris, will be holding a brand new 12-week etching course on Wednesday evenings, beginning April 19th , from 7-9.30pm. A poster can be found here.
DRAWING – Kew Studio’s drawing tutor, Stella Shaw, will continue her ‘Art of Drawing’ classes, for those new to drawing or wanting to extend their technical skills. These will take place on Tuesday evenings, 7-9pm, starting April 18th, for six weeks.
TAPESTRY – Kew Studio Resident Artist William Jefferies will continue his long-running tapestry workshops on monthly Saturdays and longer courses on Thursday evenings, 7-9pm, beginning April 27th for 12 weeks. Saturdays are now full, but please contact Ali at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about places on Thursday evenings.
