An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 16, 2016
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to create your own very best lifestyle balance. This includes a little bit of everything including posture, pilates, positivity and psychology. Garry will also introduce a little bit on breathing, yoga and meditation too. All of this will be presented in a fun and inspiring way to help longevity, health, a positive outlook and well-being. A life-affirming workshop for those wanting to improve their all- round health and well being.
