Five gardens are open in Marksbury Avenue: 26, 34, 59, 60 & 61.
These neighbouring gardens reflect the enthusiasm and knowledge of their owners. One features many New Zealand natives and a variety of fruit trees including figs, apricots and vines. A trampoline is cleverly screened by black stemmed bamboo and copper beech. There is calming water and a camomile lawn. Another garden has evolved over 11 years and features separate areas not all visible from the house. There is a continuing process of experimenting with plants. The group provides variety and charm for the visitors.
Combined admission £7, children free. Home-made teas at No 60.
