Kew-based children’s charity, REACT (Rapid Effective Assistance for Children living with potentially Terminal illness) made sure everyone was feeling the right type of blue on Saturday 28th September, with a Blues Brothers themed party, held at the Bank of England Sports Centre, Roehampton.

Guests were transported back to the 1980s and enjoyed an authentic blues experience, dancing the night away to a live band and trying their luck in the ‘Hooch Bar’ raffle. A top of the range handbag was also a much coveted raffle price, following a kind donation by Mulberry.

Guests had the opportunity to join in with a live auction, generously bidding to purchase specialist equipment for terminally ill children who are living in the UK.

In total, the evening raised in excess of £24,000 and React would like to thank everybody who attended for their support and generosity.
