SUMMARY:Kew Village Market
DESCRIPTION:In the lovely leafy setting of Kew village\, with around 50 stalls selling quality food and crafts\, and live music from local bands\, KVM is famous as the finest\, friendliest market in the area. It’s run entirely by local volunteers and all the operating profits are donated to local charities – they’ve donated an amazing £108\,000  since the market launched in October 2011. Cheques will be presented to three local charities at the November market. \nThe market is back on 1st February 2026  – the first market of the year with over 40 stalls and great live music from local acts. \nVisitors can look forward to shopping with many of their favourite regulars\, selling award-winning food and hand-made crafts & gifts. There will be great street food (from Colombian\, curry and crepes through to Italian treats\, sizzling bacon and sausage rolls and tasty falafel wraps). Visitors can try locally cured charcuterie\, cheese\, fresh fruit and vegetables\, nuts and much more. \nThe charity stall for February will be Vineyard Community and Richmond Foodbank who operate seven foodbank sites across the Borough of Richmond\, in partnership with Trussell. With the aim of empowering our local community\, the charity provides emergency food provisions and offers support work to those in need. \nThe live music tent will see the return of two local acts –  Jasper the Mandolin Minstrel at 10.30am and Mandolin Jack at 12.30pm. \nStalls for our market on 1st February can be found here: https://kewvillagemarket.org/stalls.  \nThe committee are always looking for local residents willing to help organise and run the market. If you can spare a couple of hours each month please get in contact by email at admin@kewvillagemarket.com
