KNA invite Artists – into November – to design a special Xmas Card.
Each year, Kew Neighbourhood Association brings a little extra warmth to the festive season by sending out specially designed Christmas cards to the people it supports. This small gesture makes a big impact, particularly for those who may be feeling isolated during the winter months.
This year, the charity is inviting a local artist to donate a joyful, uplifting image to feature on the front of its card. The chosen artwork will also be shared on KNA’s social media channels, and the card will include the artist’s name, a small photo, and a short bio as a gesture of thanks.
Artists of all levels are welcome to submit a piece. Previous contributors include local artists, illustrators and photographers such as Diana Armfield RH Hon RWS NEAC, Jenny Grundy FLS, KNA volunteer Caroline Bloomfield, and birthday campaign artist Sally Eley.
If you’d like to take part and offer an image, submissions are now open until the first week of November – so local groups can help publicise this lovely initiative even further! To express your interest or share your work, contact Justine Nagaur at justine.nagaur@kna.org.uk.
This is a chance to connect through creativity and help spread a little joy in the community this Christmas – how lovely.
