Open Mic Poetry at Trindle Stores

Join the Kew Society for an Open Mic Poetry evening in the teepee at Trindle Stores, Kew on 27th June.  To celebrate the arrival of summer they’re hosting a second evening of poetry readings. Please bring and read your own poems or a favourite poem. The aim is to create a relaxed community of people in Kew who are interested in reading, writing, listening to and talking about poetry.  If you would like to perform at the Open Mic, please register by sending an email to poetry@kewsociety.org or you can register on arrival. All readers will be given a slot of 5 minutes and the order of reading will be first come, first served.

Doors Open at 6.30 pm, with Poetry Readings 7.00 – 8:30, and the event ends at 9pm. A pay bar will be available. Don’t be shy, bring a poem and join in.

Tickets £5 (plus booking fee) for members of the Kew Society, poets and under 25’s, all others £10 (plus booking fee).
