We are very grateful to the National Archives for letting us meet in their building. However, the nature of the Archives is such that we have to be accompanied to the meeting room by Darren or another member of staff. Darren usually makes several trips up to the room but the last one will be close to the start time of the meeting. If you are unable to arrive by 7pm, I’m afraid that you probably won’t be able to join the meeting.
