Kew Sparkle Returns This December

Kew Sparkle returns on Friday December 4th, bringing festive lights, entertainment and seasonal attractions to the village. Planning is already well underway, with fundraising in full swing to raise the £18,000 needed to create the Christmas lights that transform Kew into a winter wonderland. 

Support the Fundraising Dinner 

A bingo night held in July raised an impressive £1,000, and the next fundraiser will be a dinner at The Tap on the Line on Wednesday November 11th. 

Tickets are on sale at £50 per person and include a welcome drink and three-course dinner. Come along with friends or on your own for a sociable evening featuring a table quiz and an auction with some fantastic prizes and experiences on offer. Bookings are now open at www.kewsparkle.org 

Join the Festivities 

The much-anticipated Kew Sparkle will run from 4pm to 8pm on Friday December 4th.  Around 40 stalls will offer street food, mulled wine, hot chocolate and a great selection of crafts—perfect for some early Christmas shopping. 

Entertainment will include school choirs, dancers from Richmond Dance Academy, the ever-popular Rock Choir and plenty of Christmas music. 

Younger visitors can enjoy funfair rides, Santa’s Grotto at Trindle Stores, the return of the lovely animals from Basil and Crew, and the Snow King and Queen on stilts.
