Job Vacancy: Centre Director (part time)
Location: Kew Community Centre, The Avenue, Kew TW9 2AJ
Salary: FTE £48,000 to £50,000 pro rata, twenty hours per week across four days.
We currently offer a contributory pension.
Kew Community Centre is an established community asset serving Kew residents in the London Borough of Richmond. It has been managed independently by Kew Community Trust, a registered charity in England.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Centre Director to join our team. Accountable to the Board of Trustees, this permanent position is suited to someone with at least 3 years’ experience in senior management, with ideally some building management knowledge.
The successful candidate should have the following:
– The ability to lead and develop the organisation
– Excellent written and communication skills
– Experience of finance and personnel management
– Knowledge of social media and marketing
– A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to the needs of the organisation
